I've tried the following for things; it depends what you're looking for:

    Partyrama in Queensway, Bletchley
Abraxas in Northampton (a bit further out but it's a lovely kitchen shop generally - mostly covers equipment rather than edible items)

Or, there's Mums Who Bake who are based in Castlethorpe (Google them) - if you ring or email them they would let you pick up locally.

There's a shop in Kingston, opposite Tesco's entrance. I think its called Sweet Dreams, they sell cake decorating items.

  • Hello, any 2cv drivers out there in MK/South Northants ? If so, where you get work done on your car ?

    Thanks
  • Hello,

Can anyone please recommend a venue to hold a 60th birthday party?
I am planning it as a surprise for a few months time, so am looking at options as to where to hold it.

Any suggestions would be a great help, as I haven't planned anything like this before!
    Thank you.

Did anyone hear a strange siren/alarm at around 01.50 this morning. I'm in the Bletchley area, but it was the sort of sound you'd imagine would travel quite a distance - please somebody tell me I'm not imagining it.

You're not imagining it Raksha. I often hear a loud siren in the early hours. I'm pretty sure it comes from the industrial estate nearby (I live near Kingston). Depends on the wind direction on whether/how loud I hear it.
