I'm looking for a good butchers in the MK/surrounding village area. I'm fed up with buying chicken from Tesco that drips water. And buying bacon which is very very thin and fatty.

Does anyone know a good village butcher around the MK area? I'm happy to drive a distance to get there as I'd only have to pop up once every weekend or every other weekend.

What's going on with Aldi in Bletchley?

I was in there last night and the shelves are almost bare - very few 'special offers' in the baskets in the middle too.

Almost looked like they were closing down.........

Hanslope High Street. Excellent butcher. Don't remember the name of the butcher but it's the only one in Hanslope, and you'll see it on the right as you drive through the village from the direction of Haversham. To get to Hanslope go to Wolverton and head past the station towards Haversham and just follow that road. There is also Padbury Meats.
