When you answer a call, THREE pay you 5p per minute, When you receive a text, THREE pay you 2p a message. To be entitled to cash credits for incoming calls and texts you must activate an eligible Cash Top-up.

It's discussed on another thread. I think the general reception was rather sceptic, as they have increased their own call charges, and you only qualify for the WePay supplement in 30 day periods, and must top-up to collect it.
