Okay I halfway joined in January but dropped off.
I am currently 12.4, having dropped from 12.7 a couple of weeks ago. I'm back in my gym routine and off cheese and wine for lent.
I would love to lose half a stone in March, I have a big event towards the end of the month and really need to get to a stage where my clothes fit. Half a stone would also leave me overweight rather than obese.
Here's to March, I toast with my very sensible peppermint tea rather than my customary Friday night glass of wine

Hey good to see you all! In March we put the clocks forward and welcome Spring, and we will all feel a lot bouncier and look forward to eating salads outdoors!
March is the month when we all really get going on this weight loss thing - I bet if we put ours minds to it, we can lose a whole person between us

Helloooooo all!

Please could you count me in again for this month? I've lost 5lbs since 9th Feb so I almost hit the Feb target.
Looking forward to being a loser again in March! Good luck all. :j0 -
Me too please gang!
My March motivators are....
Awards evening on 20th March - 20 days away...eeeek!
Hubbys B'day in May
Family wedding in July
When i want to eat junk or don't want to excercise - will think about those events and get motivated!
Am also planning to do more excercise in march0 -
I'm 5 foot 7 and I started at 12 stone 10 bmi 27.92 on 5th January now i'm 11 stone 7 bmi 25.26
Ultimately I want to be a very slim 9 stone 12 so I have a long way to go - I've never had a 9 in my weight!!
The heavier I was the easier the pounds were to shift, now as I get back down to a 'healthy' weight its getting harder and harder. I'm having to exercise like crazy and eat very little. My current punishment is celebrity slimBest Wins * wag for a day = £1500 selfridges vouchers * 4 VIP V Festival tickets * Flights to New York * £1000 *
Thank You to everyone who posts comps!

Can I join in too please?

I have been trying to lose weight since September 2007 - I am 5'6'' and then I weighed 17st 4 lb
By Christmas 2008 I had lost 5 stone by healthy eating and exercise :j :j :j and dropped several dress sizes. I want to get my BMI into mid safe range so need to lose another 2 stone + I reckon.
The trouble is - I always 'relax' at Christmas and on holiday and put on a few pounds then get straight back into losing it again - never been a problem. But I put on weight over Christmas and new year and just can't get myself going again to lose it. I need to shift 5lbs to get back to where I was before Christmas and then another 2 stone.
I have a HUGE family do coming up in July which is my motivation - I will be seeing family I haven't seen for a few years so want to lose a good bit by then.
I need a serious kick up the bum to get back on track :rotfl: I refuse to lose all my hard work and I love the feeling of being able to buy clothes from anywhere so I know I can do this but finding it hard at the moment.
I think I need to dust off my exercise bike again
Good luck to everyone :T0
