  • Hi all!!

I know I'm a bit late - but can I join in please? Got back from hols last night, and pleased to say I only put on 1lb while I was away!! :D Although, that does mean I failed February's challenge miserably, since I only lost 3 lbs in total! But at least it was a loss and not a gain!! :T

Here's to a good March! I'll be back later to read through the rest of the thread! :D

    Hi all,
All this talk of chocolate is giving me craving! Mind you, all I've eaten all week is toast so I guess a wee choccy bar would not do too much harm. Don't even know if I could keep it down though so I guess I'll give it a miss.
Was not able to run last night due to being sick - am gutted - I hate missing a training session but there is just no way I could have gone. I am back to work but not feeling well at all. I just hope that I am feeling better for the 5k run on Sunday. Thought any more about it Tara?
Hope you are all making good food descisions? Keep up the good work - this thread is so motivating - Thanks!

Plus i will always be weighing at the same time, eg. straight after work and before dinner.

And yesterday i went and jumped on and it read 19&3lb so thats three pounds already!!! woop woop!!

Hethmar - just seen ur post, if u haven't opened the chocs yet don't. keep them as a treat once u hit a milestone? Or else open them with loads of family/friends about and offer them out :D and then you eat less. Not nice to have to share I know BUT better for your weight loss! good luck!

almost the weekend guys :D Anyone doing anything nice? I actually have a nice weekend for a change lol, snow patrol tomorrow night and then "afternoon tea" on Saturday for a friends 30th birthday which will be fun :)

Actually pinkneonmartini it seems as though you have lost 10 pounds :rotfl:, good call on using the gym scales - they will be calibrated for higher weights - as you lose weight check in on your home scales and when they start to be in sync then you can use the home ones if you wanted to.

    Hey EmmyLou!

Snow Patrol sounds great! Hope you have a nice time! not much planned here, swimming with the kids on Saturday, then KFC for dinner (I will have the lowest fat thing on the menu! no chips and diet coke! :rotfl: ) I can't go in there and watch OH and kids have something and me not, so I will have to give in regardless of the calories! lol Then Sunday taking OH shopping for a decent suit for the upcoming family weddings, whilst Mum has the kids. May venture into Argos and pick up a rowing machine as they have one on offer I have my eye on!
