I find I have a few undialed numbers on my phone bill, even when I know its been switched off, but as its in my inconclusive call allowance I haven't queried it, if you have an online bill you should be able to find an option to query it, just send them an email or phone them to sort it out.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

From what I can see above any advisor you speak with at O2 Customer Service should realise that this is a billing error and credit your account.0

It is possible to have more than one call at once, by putting one on hold. Some people have done it inadvertently when using callthrough numbers. Similarly, the other day I pressed 1 in a call and it called the answerphone
But as you are adamant it is not your usage this time I hope it will be sorted out.0 -
is it possible that u had ur phone on "divert" on those occasions. You are charged if you divert calls to any number other than ur ansaphone?Copy from one, it’s plagiarism; copy from two, it’s research.0
