Old motorola m3788

I need a phone with big buttons cause of arthrits. I have an old motorola m3788e on Orange which I hadn't used for some time. When I tried to use it today it comes up with 'blocked'. I bought a new sim and put it in, and it is now asking for an unlock code.
Is it possible to get this from these online unlockers, or what?

The phone is probably locked to Orange, did you try a new orange sim or a different one? Try a new orange sim instead if you were going for a new sim anyway.

Thanks for that. I put a new payg Orange sim in.
I followed some instructions on the Motorola website, and bingo. It's now working.
I must have set the phone to ask for a code at start up, and the old sim had been terminated by Orange.
