Sent samsung e530 instead of e350
Around a month ago i ordered a samsung e350 refurb from o2 online for £69.99
The next day a package arrived but it contained a samsung e530 instead.
Over a month has passed and after numerous time wasting and expensive phone calls i still havnt recieved the e350 .
Ive now found out the samsung e350 is out of stock and o2 do not know when they will get any new stock.
Does anyone have any advice as to what i should do as i bought this phone on behalf of someone and there getting fed up with it all as am i .
o2 have not offered me any alternatives and the person i bought it for wants a samsung slide mobile and will not accept anything else.
