I do have a scanner, but when I spoke to Paypal before they said the letter could not be in the form of an email, and they cannot open any attachments.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Does anyone have the Paypal Fax number, I cannot find it on their site...?
I have tried 08707 303 196 and it keeps saying 'number not recognised'.
