Bought Fake coupons

...but ebay is saying I have to wait 10 days from the auction before I can file a dispute...?
Is this correct, or is there a quicker way?
I have contacted trading standards and the company involved on the coupons...
The seller has stated I have to return them for a refund, but I don't if the item is counterfeit do I.
What more can I do?

Don't return them. Paypal will probably ask for some sort of proof that they are fake, and that the coupons must be destroyed so the seller can't resell. If you are 100% certain they are fake, leave negative feedback NOW warning other buyers off.0

Thanks.
They are fake and I have an email from the company saying so.
Trading standards has also asked me to forward the coupons.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

Are you allowed to tell us which coupons you bought that are fake or the sellers details
What made you think there was something odd about the coupons for you to get in touch with the company and trading standards after purchasing them your views may help other people who buy coupons from ebay. TIA0 -
They are Airwick £6 coupons from this seller.

They are 'doctored' from original Airwick coupons available to print on their site from time to time (you were only allowed to print one or two).
All the coupons are missing the Valassis code on the bottom, the Personal Identification number at the top, and the barcode also has a different number font.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
And the £6 Airwick coupons were only around briefly in the Autumn last year - so the seller has altered the expiry date as well.
Good luck fuzzgun, shop the seller to the authorities, I can't stand dodgy coupon sellers!
The moral is, if a printable coupon isn't on the printable coupons thread on MSE then it probably doesn't exist. There's no need to trawl eBay for printables, TBH - and if you do find a 'new' one on there then always check on the coupon discussion boards here first IMHO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have had the letter from Trading standards today confirming they are in receipt of the fake coupons.
How do I add this letter to the paypal case. I've looked at the dispute and it only gives the options of closing the dispute...?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
I would suggest ringing them, you may be able to fax or post it.0
