HI All
Wanted to check something with you all before i speak to vodafone and/or insurance company.
I have phone insurance on my Nokia N95 8GB and recently dropped it!! The back is cracked etc and it was purely accidental damage.
If i speak to voda or insurers will they replace it???

Hi,
that is what your insurance is for, so yes make a claim via VFMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
Thanks Spirit - i didnt know if accidental damage would be covered or whether it was specifically stolen or malfunction for example0

Yes, I think you'll find that accidental damage is covered. Mechanical breakdown is also covered for when it's out of the manufacturers warranty.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

Hi There,
Vodafone insurance covers for loss, theft, accidental damage, water damage. So your are covered yay!.
Just give 191 a ring from your handset and explain to CSR that you have dropped your phone we'll confirm the make and model and check your IMEI number is correct and then pass you over to a MARSH insurance rep who will start your claim, you will be charged £25.00 excess fee but you will get a new phone, in some cases they ask for the old one on delivery of the new one but that sometimes depends on the claim.
Hope that helps.

you can buy new covers on ebay this will be cheaper than paying the excess
