I was not impressed with them when I flew with them in Dec over an hour late out of Manchester missed connection in PHL and next flight to Pheonix was over 2 hours late departing then luggage failed to arrive.The seat back entertainment failed and I am sure it was the shortest seat pitch on any aircraft I have ever been in.Overall the grimmest trip to the US in 30 years of traveling there.The only good thing I could say is they did not crash.0

Yes, US Airways comes highly recommended. My grandma has been umpteen times to the States over the years and has tried a few; US Air is the only one for which she had no complaint. Go figure, as they say over there.0 -
flew to north Carolina then Miami last October out of Gatwick. Superb staff, very helpful at check-in and no probs on the flight, service was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.0
