Ruby Slipper: If he carries on and you start to feel very harrased start keeping copies of all emails etc and tell him if he does not leave you alone you will take out an injuntion against him (harsh I know but keep it in your mind incase you start to feel very harrased and threatend by him).

Thanks Tasha - very good idea. I am keeping all the emails, even the early ones where he seems to be quite calm and accepting of the situation. I hope it doesn't get as far as an injunction but he's had mental and emotional problems for a few years now and it seems to have got worse lately so not sure how logical he is at the moment.
One of those times in life where you wish you had a remote and could press fast forward!

Well I changed my mobile after about a week - my dad had enough of the sort of texts I was getting so bought me a really cheap little Tesco (!) mobile which I've been using ever since. I have blocked him on Facebook and could change my email address although I'd rather not have to. I have tried ignoring him but unfortunately that just seems to make him angry - according to his best friend he is convinced everything is my fault and he's blameless (he's SO not). Anyway, I'm hoping if I can say once and for all please leave me alone it'll get through. Gah!!
Am currently entertaining thoughts of ditching big scary London and it's associated madness and legging it off to a country idyll to work in a remote pub under an assumed name...

I actually did that many years ago to escape a control freak nutcase XBF!
Sorry to hear about that though - can't men sometimes be a total MARE0 -
Catherine H: Why cant you dye your hair?

My hair is ridiculously light blonde and treats any colour as though I've bleached it before putting a colour on it! Plus my hairdresser would kill me:rolleyes:
I tried years ago, managed to talk hairdresser into it and she warned me all along(I'm a stubborn b*tch) what'd happen..... I wanted a lovely warm red/brown colour and it ended up a startling shade of pink (like my hairdresser said it would!) :rotfl: That'll teach me! Was supposed to be a wash in wash out kinda thing too, took me 4months of washing my hair nearly everyday til it came out:p Mum wasn't too happy either;)
On the plus side....I'll never go grey:DDebt [STRIKE]£52,656.60[/STRIKE]_pale_£41273.42:)

I have blonde highlights which I can't afford to keep up..I've bought the dye to go back to dark brown (my natural colour) but am terrified to do it myself in case it goes blotchy :rotfl:
I would absolutely love blonde hair but its just too dark to get away with it - I'd have roots within hours!!
Ruby that's a bit rubbish about your ex boyf. Mine was a gem when we split up. If anything I WANTED more of a reaction heh heh. Hope you get it sorted - don't put yourself in any danger, make sure if it starts to get extreme you get help right awayEnd of 2010 I was £8,007.66 in debt
Today's total: £7,297.06

I tried blonde once- it went orange and I had to dye it back the next day:rotfl: I tried black- it came out dark red, I tried brown- you guessed it, it came out red. I tried red and it came out very red (but faded really quick) so I've given up now and have stuck to my natural colour for a while
