I hope you are feeling better now, i've been there and know exactly how you're feeling. It's amazing what a difference a good cry and sleep can do. Waking up a different person in the morning and yes, it def makes you feel like you are losing your mind
Hope you stayed away from those malted milk, they're nice with a cuppa thoughxx

Goodluck with the interviews and a thought - if you have sold those books - why not put the money in a seperate pot for the body shop start up kit - anything extra you do or extra you save by not doing it - then you will have the money for your start up in no time at all. And it won't have cost you anything either.
I save any treat money and add it up (wine, flowers etc that I dont spend money on) and then I use that money for something I need (for you that would be your start up kit for body shop) and then technically by being a bit frugal - you havent actually used any extra money to get the thing you wanted - make sense??
Look at OH going away as the chance to save some money on food electric etc and then put that money to your start up kit too - with him away I am sure you can just munch your way through the cupboards and not have to buy anything special this week.

Thanks fayjmck!
Im gonna do that as its true its money i didnt have anyway! I made £40 so its really not too far away for the £100.
When hes away i never put the heating on etc, hes terrible for having it on full blast and i turn it off when hes not looking. *sly smile*
I have a key meter for my electricity (no gas) and it is so expensive, i can literally hear the numbers ticking down! LOL
Someone else said they have a 'treat account' where they put spare money and ive never thought of that, might be nice to do...ive got a piggy bank i could use..CC1 - £250 (PAID) :j
