Just about to tuck in to a couple of jaffa cakes - choclate and orange - definitely the healthiest !!
Can't really complain about my boss today, he's given the whole team the day off tomorrow coz of the G20 riots predicted, plus he came in this morning and handed me a pink pashmina and said "happy birthday..." (it was two weeks ago but it's the thought that counts)
End of 2010 I was £8,007.66 in debt
Today's total: £7,297.06

Ahh what a lovely boss,
thats well nice of him even if it is late! x0 -
Ahhh I was just about to show off about how much lovely sunshine is coming through my office window (well half of it - there's a shed over the other half!) and a GREAT BIG BLACK CLOUD has floated over. Hmph :-(
I have a lovely healthy lunch (kind of) of cheese and onion sandwiches with seeded loaf. And salt and vinegar crisps with a can of coke to keep the healthy/unhealthy balance
I wish my boss would give me a pink pashmina (Mike and Phillip have pulled mine to peices)! He just buys us great big cakes for our birthdays then proceeds to eat most of it haha. He is great though.0 -

Hi all
MNICatherine, Rupe, Laurenmanchester, Princessshopoholic, Ruby, - Stunners. I don't understand it - I could walk round my home town for a week and not see anyone nearly as pretty as the people on this thread. Very mysterious.
Thanks for your kind comments about my photos - so glad none of you thought I looked old enough to be younghusband's mother
Laura - big congrats on paying £1000 off your debt - brilliant.
Blondie! I wish I were going to Clacton. I've never been to the coast down south. Good luck with easter bonnet making and interview.
My kitchen looks like a horror film set - massive cobwebs everywhere dangling from ceiling. It cannot go on. That is my mission for today.0 -
Ebbs & MNI Catherine - I'll swap your lovely bosses for my fat, greasy boss who thinks he's funny and is very unthoughtful, the only time he's ever made anyone a brew was when he was in the office on his own coz the rest of us were 1hr and half late coz of the snow and he only made them to stop us whinging about being cold!
Oh and he takes the mick out of me coz apparently I'm a 'proper northener' what the hell does that mean???????
Anyway enough about my boss, he's now left the office for a bit(without telling me where he's going, I'm supposed to be his secretary!)
Dozy - Jaffa cakes aren't biscuits, they're a health food, with all the fruit and milk in them I'm surprised you can't get them from Holland & Barretts:rotfl:Debt [STRIKE]£52,656.60[/STRIKE]_pale_£41273.42:)

Did I hear that Jaffa Cakes were classed as biscuits for tax reasons?? Or am I imagining that?
Dozy-Dee we need a pic of you as well please!
Thanks for the nice words about my pic (how I managed to post a clickable thumbnail I've no idea). I do get the Dita comment sometimes - it's definitely the black hair and my love of black liquid eyeliner... Don't have a 23" waist though sadly!
Everyone here is lovely and it's really nice to see what everyone looks like! I wonder if it IS true that attractive people that are more often in debt? My theory is attractive people find themselves in demand socially and must buy lovely clothing/accessories because they're OBVIOUSLY going to be gawped at when they leave the house.
Rosered I need to know your secret. Seriously, what is it? Oil of Olay? A fountain of youth in your garden? All that country air? You look amazing and phwoar to young husband too! Go you! :T
