    LLoyds can be hard work, but keep on at them, both me and hubby were successful eventually in regards of Lloyds Credit Card PPI, although with the FOS, but recently many have been successful with lloyds direct.

    I returned the acceptance form around 11th March, received the cheque 16th May so pretty much 2 months.
    I may be shy, but that doesn't make me an angel ;)
