    Just to update, i received my cheque today :D I've waited about 7 weeks since sending the acceptance letter back. Any of you still waiting, hang on in there. x

    Thanks alot Di, got a second letter off LLoyds today aswell stating they were sorry they had not responded to the complaint fully yet and would be in touch within 4 weeks haha, we'll see :rotfl:
