I'm a bit confused... MBNA CC charges

I've just received a list of my MBNA charges dating back to Feb 03 and prior to June 2006 I have lists of charges for £25 but after that date charges are £12. So..... do I claim back £13 for pre June 2006 (£25-£12) as recommended by Martin and then £12 after June 2006? Just seems that by doing this I'm saying £12 is ok prior to June 2006 but after that date I don't want to pay any charges
Sorry if I'm being a bit dense but it doesn't make complete sense to me.....
Any help or comments appreciated
PS - MBNA returned the £10 cheque I sent them....Result! :T

I would also put a claim in for the whole amount. They will probably offer just the difference from the £25 to the £12 but, if they do, write back saying you do not accept that offer and would like the whole amount back otherwise you will start court proceedings. I did this and ended up with all my charges back, which was around £300!!0
