Hi,

I would like to clear up some confusion here. Specsdot has been running for 4 years now and during the course of the past years admittedly we have some what lapsed in our customer communication & relations in the past, but now the website is under new management and a lot of time is going in to getting the products, website & customer services up to speed once again.

The business is registered to the address:

Newton Abbot

TQ12 2HB

But we operate from an office in Newton Abbot, I am not sure where the confusion has come from about Margate but I can assure you that we do not have any premises in Kent.

As for the newsletter I have checked this and I cant see it referring to any other sites apart from specsdot.
