Have just been offered a 24m contract, as follows:

Free Samsung Omnia
600 minutes
unlimited texts

£20 per month.

Seems great to me, but I've been out of the market for a long time, so not quite sure.
Has anyone else got an Omnia on a similar/better deal.

The phone is for my wife, ans she insists on the Omnia, so it's a matter of getting the best deal.

Cheers,
Don

  • Sounds a very good deal, but personally a 2 year deal is just that bit to long, just imagine what you would get for £20 in 18 months time i would imagine it will be more than 600 mins but it depends on what you want from your plan i suppose, decent offer though.
  • The Phone you want is good for the net but you have nothing on the contact for net use, push them for something.

    Thanks I did try.

I only got 1 month free internet usage. Thereafter it is either £4 something per month, or £1 per day.

I know 2 years is too long, but it looks like contracts these days are typically 18 monthe or 2 years. And the 18 month contracts were charging a higher monthly fee making it equivalent to the costs for a 2 year contract.
