    i have run both glary and ccleaner.
    Glary found 59 registry errors and so many temmporary files all fixed
    ccleaner found abot 11 files errors seems to always find the same error (or maybe that just me)

    but i cant understand it i run thoese this morning and have only been on this site (most the day ) what could go wrong in that time ...

    Can you please run a fresh hijack log so I can see what it looks like?

    Also ~ have you used Spybots IMMUNISE feature? (So that it reads ZERO unprotected?)

    right i'm just about to uninstall incredimail , while im gone does anyone know about this i asked earlyer tonight ???

    i have tried to remove programme from the add/remove list
    i have some that cant be foound when i click remove :confused:
    and i clicked on remove vtech and that says error occured while launching the set up :confused:
    then ......i tried to remove another and it said ghost uninstaller = whats that mean

    yes i ran spybot and it was protected but ill look again .....

    what happened was i clicked to remove something and a box came up saying
    ghost uninstaller, instulation lof not found so i just clicked ok .
