    i think ive reset internet explorer correcly HA HA
    but the vtech i did this , start found vetech and right clicked to uninstall and this come up :
    The file c:\programme files\common files\borland shared\bdb\bdb32hlpmay no longer be needed by an application. you can delete this file, but doing so may prevent other applications from running correcly.select yes to delete the file .....

    i pressed delete but it deletes 1% at at time and i have to keep pressing yes delete shall i go on and do it that way or is something wrong do you think ??

    You should be able to select 'NO TO ALL'?

    Do that and run GLARY and CCLEANER after youve rebooted

    aliEnRIK = the options are YES , NO or CANCEL

    thomas= i cant log into the link you gave me it asks for password and i dont know that i have one

    Are you on virgin Internet? it might be that password. Try forgotten your password just under the login.

    Well then that's where your email is stored. If you want to use an email client to access it, I'd recommend Thunderbird.

    I don't know why you don't have your password. Didn't you have to put it into Incredimail when you were setting it up?

    ive sorted my password out got into virgin emails (empty) how do i make my email go there if you understand and not to incredimail or will it do that when i uninstall incredimail.

    I think incredimail downloads them from the site so they get removed from your online inbox i think. Have you checked all the folders on your online inbox?
