i cant belive u wasted police time what a waste of tax payers money how stupid as if the police and the security in tesco dont have enugh to do than deal with people like you .:T I love MSE ! :j0

I read the first post on here so if im repeating stuff thats been said then so be it, why did you not just show the receipt when asked ?, why not just show it ? if you had shown the receipt when asked you might have not been through all of the pulava0

OMG this thread has scared me to death now.
What if you go shopping and don't bother taking/ forget to take your receipt and then get stopped?
Worst case scenario is that you're charged with theft. But it will be up to the supermarket to prove that you did steal it. Simply not having a receipt won't be enough proof; they'd need CCTV footage to show that you didn't pay.0 -

The OP Seriously needs to get out in the world.
I thought it was a wind up but you see the world is changing, this is what happens when we dont fund our schools properly! Kids start to think that everyone is out to get them, and all the injury lawyers for you ads are getting to everyones brains!
Oh the shock horror and bother of showing your flipping receipt, What a waste of bandwith.
Why do tescos give receipts? Oh yea to line my hamsters cage.
No compo for you OP, sorry but i think that your sweet and everything with the spelling mistakes, but if you took this further..... Tesco staff would laugh there A*ses off, And i have had my share of laughing (Even though i aint a Tesco staff, or wannabe)
WAIT!
DO IT! no dont, You will get shouted to death, told to show your receipt and the police would have to come and start asking as to why you have magazines.
OK, back to the point.
OP , your in the wrong. If i saw you putting loads of mags in your backpack i would jump up and down shouting "thief catch her/him boys" And then carry on going to my girlfriend "i wanna have a crisp packet" :rotfl:
BTW are you a guy or girl?
Everyone is right on here *cough* for a change *cough*0 -
How many others believe the OP would ring 999 to get some snow cleared off their path??
flaming may not be tolerated on here, but in this case, what a complete numpty.
I'd MUCH rather the Police utilise my Tax Money to catch criminals than waste time with this casualty.0 -
Like I said on an earlier post. do you think the Op is the type of person not to show their bus/train ticket when requested too? they'd have to stop the train to get the police on board :mad:Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

Lets have some speculation about what he had in the bag to be embarrassed about. I'm betting it was worse than a load of middle aged women's magazines. Could have been anything in that rucksack! A brand new blow up doll?0

did the OP say that0 -
It was hypothetical!!
The OP clearly feels nothing about wasting Police time and resources attending ridiculously trivial incidents.0
