built in NEFF oven not heating up

arrrgghhh. Cleaned the damn thing. All healthy & OS cleaning as well with vinegar & soda crystals. Anyway I switched it off at the wall to clean it. Also nothing was sprayed in there. I have gone to do some baking & the fan is going around but the oven is not heating up. The grill which is in the oven heats up as do the 4…

It was the element, it looked burnt when the man removed it.

Anyway I did pay £93.50 for it, oops _pale_

well its working again & I have learnt another lesson, shop for quotes & also perhaos rung Neff!
