Take it easy. You do not have to do a DMP but they can advise on you options.
Can I check, have you asked the credit union for an emergency loan to cover the payday loan next month? If not, can you do so. They amy not offer them and loan rate is higher but it is a LOT lower than the payday loan.
Yeah I sent my application to them yesterday. Not sure how long it takes for them to make a decision though.
Sorry for getting flustered
Do what you want because in the end people will judge you anyway.0 -
Debrag -That's what we have also noticed, some are stuck at 5 and 6 with arrangements in place. We are moving over to CCCS so I expect it will interrupt this a little.0

give it time
1 took 22 months, 1 took 18 months, 1 took 5, another 7. My loan was ok for 18 months then just right to £
I only have 2 years left to go so staying with Payplan don't want to be messing around with my budget0 -
My current DMP is fee charging and they have never given us an estimated finish time, they are totally rubbish and if I had known about these free ones then I would have gone for one of them. Don't want to give them anymore of our money for their rubbish service lol.
Your doing really well to have just 2 years left debrag, it proves that with these free DMP companies there really is light at the end of the tunnel.0 -
started March/April 2006 and my last payment will be April/May 2011. Then comes the whole getting the interest removed which payplan with do all the work for.0

I've only had a brief look at the booklet CCCS has sent me but it says on my current wage I would be clear in 2 years 10 months. I'm getting the feeling now that it's probably best to go with a DMP.Do what you want because in the end people will judge you anyway.0

definatly go for it0

I've had my dinner and I'm now thinking a bit clearer. There's just a few questions I need to clear up first with CCCS so I'm away to have an online chat with them.Do what you want because in the end people will judge you anyway.0

Don't know much about DMP's but thought that you could cancel your fee paying company and go with a free one at anytime? Worth looking into - why pay money to them when it could be going to paying off your debts?
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:0
