Second to last update on this thread i hope. I have won my case with the pack sent to Lloyds TSB by the FOS, i still don't have an adjudicator but it doesn't seem to have mattered. They have 12 weeks to pay me back the money with interest and also compensation. Good Luck to those of you still waiting!0
