Birthday Banner not working right?

The latest banner along the top sits to the very left in Firefox. Are these banners not usually centered?

Something just looks different, perhaps its just all the coloured balloons filling up a space thats usually a bit emptier that does it.0 -
It is centred on the main www.moneysavingexpert.com main pages because the whole site template for that is centred, as for me the template is much narrower than a screen width.
Like:
Whereas, as far as I recall, the forum takes up the whole page width and has therefore always had the masthead anchored to the left.
