    1. Do Abbey underwrite their own cards now or is it still MBNA?
    2. Is their credit scoring easy to pass or are they strict?
    3. What sort of limits are usual for them to offer?
    4. If declined is the appeal process easy (daft question after above posts I guess!)

    1. Mine is listed as Abbey Santander Credit Cards under Equifax. Opened late last year.
    2. Don't know. Applied online. No instant decision. Took around 2 months+ for account to be opened. AFAIK the card is currently withdrawn - so very hard to get!
    3. £6,700 in my case. Odd figure. I requested a 5K balance transfer on application.
    4. Don't know.
