sat nav with speed bump warnings!

Just wondered if there was a sat nav out there that warned you about roads with speed bumps. I haven't seen any so far, but it just occured to me that that would be a handy thing!

Does anyone know of any?

you could add them as a POI (point of interest) but god knows where you would get all the data from

I doubt it. You could ask on the forums at www.pocketgpsworld.com However, areas with speed bumps often have warning signs...

usually any roads with humps on them have signs stating so. if you want to avoid the humps then avoid built up areas.

The OP must be one of the many people who have to reply on a nav to get around. They set the destination and just drive... And them blame the nav for getting them lost. I refer the old-skool way of looking on map. But hey ho, every one is different.

In general, road with speed bumps have a 20mph limit. The latest Sat Nav maps know the road speed limits so maybe there is a way to highlight easily the 20mph ... and that woudl pick out most roads with speed bumps (or other traffic calming measures).

I've heard that the latest Sat Navs will wipe your bum for you, should you forget to.
