network questions... (o2/Three)
can someone please shed some light on the following. I am interested in going to O2 or 3, but need some unbiased answers please:
1. Is it possible to see your itemised calls online?
2. How often is the call list updated?
3. Are any cheap call providers (18866 etc) accessible through inclusive minutes?!
4. Are their contract phones locked?!
5. how easy is it to change call plan?!
6. Can things like Voicemail be controlled from website or without a customer rep?!
7. DO either allow for sms to be sent to u, when u missed a call, telling you who called?!
8. whats reception like for either in London (N4, HA1, and central)?
currently on Orange (120 min/150 sms = GBP 15.00) and haggled to get the freephone going for another year. I need a new phone though, and not sure if they will continue to have the 18866 free...
been eying the 750min/750 sms offer from O2 (http://shop.o2.co.uk/iMode), but its 18 months and not sure if I can find it on cashback deal anywhere...?!
ok, ok... this turned out a bit longer than I expected, but if anyone has answers to any of my questions, please post... much appreciated!!
thanks

1. o2 yes. 3, you have to wait for the bill to be generated.
2. o2 about 24-48 hrs.
3. Ain't the fogiest, always had that many minutes with 02 and 3 haven't need cheap additional calls.
4. o2 no. 3 yes.
5. o2 and 3 to upgrade very easy. To downgrade 3-6 months, depends on tariff and what handset you got with it.
6. Why would you want to do this?
7. No. Definate an orange thing. Think t-mobile is starting to do it.
8. Check the coverage checkers on each web site0 -
