What's gone wrong with Wanadoo???

I've always had nothing but praise for wanadoo. Now I'm not so sure.
Tonight, my broadband connection is AGAIN up the creek. Third time in as many weeks. Technical support say there's an outage (whatever that is) on their London server and I have to wait about 24 hours before I can connect. I was politely advise to "try again tomorrow evening"
I have to f.....g work and send reports tonight! So I'm on dialup now, which costs me. And I need the phone but I can't on dial up.
Anyone has any idea of how long this charade is likely go on? Should I change ISP, and if so which one comes highly recommended?
Aid and comfort pleeeease.....

I've got a friend who has the same problems with NTL. I've had BT B'band for over 3 years, no trouble at all - it may not be the cheapest, but I'm happy that it's 100% reliable.I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0

I'm on wanadoo & its working okay today i'm quite lucky as I have never had any problems so far in 14 mths

I'm on Wanadoo dial up and have been tempted to get Broadband but like the fact that the phone is engaged all evening when the kids are online and my "soap fix" is not interrupted or that we're not inundated with junk calls. I have a friend on AOL broadband and she's had nothing but trouble with it so I guess they all have their problems.0
