My mate got a D500 reconditioned model from a mobile site on Ebay and it was perfect, only difference was it didn't come in an original D500 box!

My Samsung D600 arrived via Royal Mail this morning. Unboxed, packed on a flat cardboard sheet covered in shrink wrap, however phone is like new, not a mark on it and Unlocked to all Networks. I see that OSPS also has this phone on 9 months free line rental. E2save have same price plan on Samsung D500 "Clearance Phones" but why go for a D500 when you can bag a D600 for the same money.
