sarahg1969, thank you for your time and input.

Do you know should it be the clampers (FSS), the management company who employs FSS or the landowners who employ the management company that i should issue court proceedings against? This bit i am really quite confused about.

Obviously one of the landowners is my friend who i was visiting and i don't really want to take him to court. (even though he probably belongs there for not telling me about the clamping at his property)

any advice on this will be gratefully accepted.
