It SHOULD work that I know of. Im baffled if im honest as EVERY hdmi tv should display a 576i picture

You havnt tried to set it to FULL RGB through the PS3 have you?

If your PS3 is DEFINITEY set to LIMITED RGB and 576i. then yes as i dont have any other answers (Unless the hdmi ports knackered?)

have you got a spare HDMI cable around anywhere just incase the one you are using at the moment is naff?

also, i have had a few issues with my ps3 displaying a black screen, but turning the TV off & on again worked ok.

have you tried having just the ps3 connected to the TV?

Just to add ~ (assuming you can get into the settings via the freebie lead)
Make sure SUPERWHITE is OFF too

Hi all i checked both ports they seem to be working fine. the ps3 picks up the hdmi cable and so does the tv.

The PS3 is set to limited RGB and the superwhit is off too.

I'm going out to buy a new lead, i'll let you all know how it gets on after, thanks so far

Yes its all working now.. a new hdmi cable was needed. Thanks alienrik and all those that have replied.
