Thanks Adey, that's lovely. :D Just got in too, so perfect timing.

I've just been going back a few pages, and was so sorry to hear the news about your father. I'm sure there's much more that can be done these days, so all may be well.
I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory. :D

Lovely thought but sadly, in February, only a few pruned and thorny twigs here............;)

Ah...is it the petals of the rosette nebula that you see?

Bit of an AB moment there from you, Adey.
(AB as in AzureBlue, though perhaps ArialBlack too.... Your surname doesn't also start with 'B' does it??)

    Goodnight all!
Beautiful picture Hannah. Too good to leave back there! :T

:rotfl:Desperately trying to stop my daughter becoming a right proper cockney by saying "what" rather than "that", as in "he is the boy what sits next to me" !

Though at least she dislikes the trend of adding "innit" to the end of every sentence....innit.

    What a beauty.
Hallo earthlings, just popping by between tiny people.
Hope you've all been out watching for Comet Lulin currently wandering our skies like a green fuzzy thing with a tail. No? Get that telescope dusted off and go for it!
Sun going down in full glory, having demurely hidden from us all day, better late than never.
OH has planted lettuce and spring onion seeds in hope of Spring and longer days. What an optimist! My hands are turning blue as we speak. :j:j

Hallo azureblue, nice to meet you at last! Thanks for the comet info. Would a strong pair of binoculars do? No? Oh dear! Hope your hands soon turn back to pink.

Hey there IO, try the binos in a dark-skies area, may be lucky still. I get all my spacy info from a website called spaceweather, it's so cool.
Rubbing my hands together as we speak.

Thanks for that. I live in a dark-skies area, but we have cloud at the moment. I'll keep having a little look though :D I'll have a look at that spaceweather website too, sounds good. I'm into weather at the moment - got a weather station for Christmas.

  • I have an outside sensor to an indoor digi weather thingy, half-century birthday present from Youngest Son. I love it, always checking the temperature etc. Lovely sunset tonight here, nearly completed. Nature is amazing innit?
