Help with a cashback please
I took a o2 phone out with Dialaphone mid last year. I sent back my first cashback without problem, they told me they would send the money back to me via my bills. I seem to be short though. I've tried to email them but no reply so far. Here's the emails I've sent: (details edited out)
Please note that this is now outstanding for close to 3 months. The £18.03 has not been present in any of my bills. Could I please get a reply via email to *my email* or via telephone on *contact number* before 5pm on Friday 17th February 2006.
It has so far been 53 days since my original email without reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recieved my latest bill dated 14 Dec and believe it to be incorrect. I received a bill on 17 Oct with credit of £45.00 and on the 18 Oct with credit of £30.03, totalling £75.03. My Nov bill listed a credit of £44.36 and my Dec bill listed a credit of £12.61, totalling £56.97. Leaving a deficit of £18.03. Could you confirm that this money will be present in my Jan bill?
Many Thanks

I've given them a chance to correct their mistake. But have they made a mistake? Am I barking mad? If they do not contact me by Friday at 5pm, I will be sending a letter to them with the emails above inserted. Can anyone recommend anything else to put into the letter? Or just another polite nudge saying 'oi you gits, gimme my money'?
All help is very welcome as per usual :T

Tell them that if you do not hear from them re the above within 7 days, that you will start a small claims proceeding in the County Court in order to recover what you believe they owe you. Tell them also that you will be adding the cost of issuing the proceedings to the amount you say they owe you.0
