I'm in... thanks pigpen & toots... LR should be manageable!

Have had a great weekend. Wall units are all up in the utilty room ;) , and my dad is working out how to do lots of the other bits that are left to do (I think I'll just have to do the wall tiles, and after soappie's adventure with her floor I really think I should be able to tackle this :D

Need to to back and have a look at the old thread and update last week's list on there before working out what to carry over to here!
  • Hello and welcome Quillion - I have just sent you a pm which should help!

you have made a great start today - you will have to start training your DH - we gave one DH a star for extra effort this week!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

    welcome to the madhouse!!
    toots xx

ETA greenbee OMG not you as well doing tiling - someone else to inspire us - although I think I would rather do a floor than a wall!!!! Nice to see your dad got your cupboards done for you - no excuse now to get the utility room finished and have a home for everything.
    toots xx

I've actually got a quieter than usual week this week, meetings wise. I start my hydrotherapy tomorrow so must declutter the fluff off my legs :o LR actually needs a lot of attention so works out well for me. Major studying too, need to get another TMA section done!

Triker if it helps you be more organised we'll have to allow flings like that, well done on no impulse buys :)
One day I might be more organised...........

    Im in this week:)

I now have an upright whirly line:D
I have a trench dug around the sunroom:D
The kids worked really hard today so I took them to the cinema to watch Bolt.....t'was fantastic!!!!
Loads of one on one time with each child!!!
DS1 has a girlfriend!!! And has asked if I could let him take the bus home from school so that he can meet her.......I wondered why he was SO helpful today!! Problem is I have to stand over him so that he does his homework....so I told him that we can compromise (sp?) He starts taking responsibility for getting on with his homework and I will possibly allow him to get the bus home once a week!!! His homeworks are emailed to me daily by his classroom assistants so I always know what he has to do!!! The joys!!

DS2 forgot his Hw book and needed to do a piece on Robert Scott.....I googled it and he said no not that the date is wrong!!!:( So he reckons he is in for a telling off from his teacher tomorrow!!! Ach well it will teach him to check that he has everything in his bag in future!!!!

DS3 has a touch of eczema on his inside leg......usually a sign of his asthma flaring up so I put an inhaler into his bag and an extra one into his coat pocket!!

DD......well what can i say.....he skin is just lovely:) and she wanted to help me with the cleaning up today but I had to say no.....she likes to spray things....and they usually end up irritating her skin!!! But she happily lifted wads of turf and put them into the wheelbarrow!!!!

Just waiting on a load finishing in the WM then im off to bed!!!

AHHH! The life of a working mother. I tend to spend until 10pm doing family/house work then from then doing work work. Once I get my life better organised and take back control of my house I can see myself with an earlier bedtime. Until then everything takes longer because I am in constant zombie state. Maybe I should have chosen a job that does not require any work from home.
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.
