    Valli - I was very tempted to thwart you on the old thread but decided to post here instead :p

    I write left-handed but, now that I can't do them, I am realising that there are quite a few things I did right-handed. I am re-learning how to throw a ball for starters!!

    Washing is now drying and the dye came out of the bath mat - phew! I ought to do my list and then go to bed.

    MOJT it is with a training provider rather than a college. I got in touch with them through the job centre. So far i've had 2 weeks training, Mon-Thurs i'm on placement, Fri back to training centre. I think Nicki's doing something similar. You get an NVQ level 2 at the end.

    I'll be in - Monday is my kitchen/diner day but I'll just swap it with the living room day when it comes round ;)

    Level One
    Declutter the floors!
    Vacuum floors & stairs!

    Level Two
    Dust over all the electrical appliances.. be careful though I don't want any accidents!
    Vacuum under the furniture you can safely move!
    Clean the sofa

    Level Three
    Declutter the inside of a box!
    Wipe all the paintwork!
    Dust mantle and polish bookshelves etc

    Extras
    Get a pile of filing done!!

    My 2-a-day (or all-at-the-weekend!!) list
    - Contact Union; Phone Solicitor
    - Phone window man; Collect prescription
    - Post cross stitch; Phone BG
    - Passport application; Avon order
    - Stuff to charity shop; Primary Activities list
    - Sort desk in spare room (this counts as 2 things!!)
    - Ebay 5 things; Car checks.

    Mondays are Marvellous!! - Living pit, hallway, stairs!!
    Level One

    Declutter the floors!
    Vacuum/mop floors & stairs!
    Level Two
    dust over all the electrical appliances.. be careful though I don't want any accidents!
    Vacuum under the furniture you can safely move!
    [STRIKE]Clean the sofas[/STRIKE] (did this today)
    Level Three
    Declutter the inside of a cupboard or drawer!
    Wipe all the paintwork!
    [STRIKE]Dust mantle and polish any display cabinets or bookshelves etc
    [/STRIKE] did this today as well!

    Extras

    Wash any smelly soft furnishings
    Wipe and water the plants
    [STRIKE]Get a pile of filing done[/STRIKE] WOW did this today as well!!!!
    Also
    wash kitchen floor
    Clean 1 window (trying to get round them all slowly!)

    Well having seen how much of tomorrow's list I
    Psychically did yesterday I am very hopeful that I will finish the list tomorrow!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
    Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

    I'm in.

    Living room is one of the things that I didn't do last week/today so glad it's that.

    All ready for tomorrow, bags packed and lunches done. Dry washing is folded and wet washing hung up.

    Off to make a list for tomorrow.

  • I'm in again - I'm hoping that it will not take me most of the day this week to get to level 3 for most lists - It must be making a difference as I'm doing things a lot more thoroughly than I was before.

    Thanks Pigpen for the lists - my Mum is miffed though th_footstompingsmilie.gif- she wants to know why I can follow a list on a forum when she's been trying to 'organise' me for the last twenty something years! :rolleyes:

    Living room still fairly tidy so shouldnt take too long:A,loads of washing to get dry though

    A right hander can teach a left handed person to knit by sitting in front of a mirror

    side by side and looking through the mirror IFYSWIM.
    Not the easiest thing but it works.

    Pigpen did you see my post re the blankets for Jacob?? no probs if you arent interested but if you could let me know so I can declutter them one way or another.Thanks.
    Feeding 6 Adults 1 Teen a 8 year old with hollow legs and a very fussy 5 year old. Also 3 cats and 3 fishies
    To include all Food,Toiletries and Petfood.
