soappie - do you think glucosamine would help my arm? It's really bad today (hasn't been like this for a while) and I'm fed up. Took me ages to get to sleep last night cos I couldn't get it comfortable ........

Nothing ventured, nothing gained Frodders. Buy yourself a month's supply and suck it (well, no, actually, swallow them whole) and see. It won't do you any harm....

How did you get on GTX? I'm definately going to keep doing HHK's it's great! It makes me stop wanting to do it and actually do it!

we are at my mums and are flying out to Oz a week on Friday, once we have a place over there I will be back on here to get myself back in the routine.

Oooh - emigrating! Wishing you the bestest of bestest luck and fortune and the ideal place

I ended up doing myself a rice stir fry using onion, garlic, peppers, celery and cashew nuts and various spices and oils and soy sauces. It was actually quite delicious. Did myself pancakes with fresh lemon juice and sugar for pud.

All the washing up is done. I'm just having a final cup of tea then I'm off to bed.

    Happy Birthday Hex :) :bdaycake:

Toots - I'm a bit worried about DS who is having some medical tests atm and I'm finding the decorating and stuff stressful. But mostly I'm just a miserable cow.

I put some shelves back up this afternoon - split the wood on the bracket a little bit but don't worry, I found the No Nails ;)

I take Omega 3 and glucosamine. Supposed to be for head heart and joints I think. My joints don't hurt, I don't know about my heart but I'm still stupid......though I suppose I could be even more stupid if I stopped taking them. I get a bad back/leg which I call sciatica but it's not in my joints.
