  • Happy Bday rosepink and kaz.

Welcome all new to the thread and ((((hugs)))) to all who need them.

I have had a busy week at work but I have managed to do some flying, mostly level 1 all round. I will do some marking then try to get an early earlier than usual night tonight so that I am not dragging my tail next week. Tomorrow I will work on getting another room to level 3.
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.

kaz happy unbirthday, what lovely children you have :)
Quillion hope your hubby is pleasantly suprised :)
rosepink happy unbirthday to you too :)
Lady Liberty, you're in my thoughts, hope that it's all gone.
rach hope you manage to catch up on your sleep
soappie, probably the way she's been brought up to be honest, I think laundry habits stick, having a laundry day etc! I'd definately make suggestions that she used the airer, washed some and kept putting a load in when the other is dry on the airers. The pay as you use drier idea might be more favourable to her?
embb if she does it again put food down on metal trays for it late on and keep listening for it rattling on the trays

Been arguing with DP again but won't share all the icky details.....things not going well to put it one way, just as we're getting everything else sorted ish :rotfl: typical.

Not done a great deal today, mainly laundry being caught up on which was huge as DS forgot his pullup the other night....grrr....anyway that's been on, DWs on now, kitchen benches cleared. I think I'm going to end up being out tomorrow running stuff at the club so have got chicken out which I think I'll stick in the SC to cook while I am out....or I could roast it now....will see how long it'll need then consider options.

For some bizarre reason the children are being nice, playing nicely (building police station) so I've ended up letting them stay up....suppose I should consider sending them to bed soon lol

Right, best go sort them, speak tomorrow maybe, hope you all have a lovely Sunday x
One day I might be more organised...........

The problem is I do occasionally socialise in groups (mostly with my own team as I feel I should spend time with them outside the office occasionally!), but otherwise only when I feel it's necessary... And I need to concoct a reply that means I'll get the information I need! Hopefully it can all be resolved with a bit of humour...
greenbee - I've been thinking about this (I think slowly) and I wonder if it was the sort of joke remark that you would have laughed off if it had been said, but came out wrong because it was in an email. He might be shocked if he realised you had been bothered by it.
