Jiggled the ideas for meals around & didn't actually need the eggs just yet, so yesterday was an NSD after all:j
I hate the way some of my family are in & out like fiddlers elbows all day long  I often get moaned at for being out for hours on end, but I want to save my petrol--& more importantly my legs!--so
I try to do as much as I can whilst out.

  • Hi, am I too late to join? I've only just taken control of my finances a couple of weeks ago & until March is out after budgeting for all my debts, dd's, MFW challege etc I have 57p to spend on what I like at the end of this month :rotfl:So I need to have at least 22 no spend days  but it's a good thing to get used to doing too.

I stopped smoking at the end of October, :A so that helps but also I'm more like £10 better off rather than the £5 for cigerettes because I'd always buy other things like magazines, they're my downfall, now I ask friends to pass theirs on to me and now I avoid going to the shop at all!

Thanks and well done & good luck to everyone else. :T

  • Thanks Sarah,

but 22 it's got to be I'm afraid! I'm not including dd's or food & petrol so I basically haven't got to spend anything on non-nessaties that aren't budgeted for. I just haven't got it this month & I [strike]do[/strike] did waste too much money on magazines, chocolate & lunches which has resulted in going overdrawn, which seems so stupid now.

Thanks & I do appreciate the support. :T
