a third nsd on thursday, had a cheap night out last night (shared a chinese with friends, popped into town and only had a soft drink, which was bought for as i was driving) which i really enjoyed. Going to do my grocery shopping later (am well within my £20 pw budget- so really pleased with that too) and noticed diesel is down by a penny. Aiming for another two nsd's next week. Will try to up my target later on in the month!0

Hi PAID, I don't have a list but I do have it marked on my calender which days I'm allowing myself to shop, which days I'm not and days that can be a spend or a NSD. So if a day is marked as a spend day then I try and think of everything that I'm going to need to buy to see me through to the next spend day. Each week has 3 NSD, 2 spend days and 2 floating days marked on it.
Friday was a floating day and as it turned out is ended up being a spend day as I'd been out all day and couldn't be bothered making tea so had takeaway pizza instead.
Day Six in the Kerfuffle House - was a spend day, so stuck on 3 NSD so far.
Hope everybody else is ok, have a good day.

Managed my third NSD today.
I definitely wont manage one tomorrow - going for a meal with some friends, and monday going for another meal for someone's birthday. Hopefully Tuesday & Wednesday will be number 4 and 5.
I also write a list of non-urgent things I need to pay for which I do all in one day to help get more NSDs.
