HELP! Phone book lost after attempting unlock!

Hi,
Have tried to unlock my Samsung D600 using codes found on another thread. However, have now lost my entire phone book contents, and I have quite a few important numbers there - approx 450!
Can anyone help?

if the codes have done a factory reset then they are gone as it puts it back to just left factory state.
were any saved to your sim?
what codes did you use as ive not heard of any to unlock d600? and did it unlock it?0 -
Erm, I can't remember which codes I used, but they were for the SGH-D600, which is what I have.
Strange thing is all my texts, videos, music and pictures are all still intact, and the numbers from my sim (I had them saved to my phone AND my sim) have disappeared.0 -
And no, its not unlocked!0

im sure there is no code that could remove them from the sim
try sim in another phone and see if they show on there0 -
