Cut & Paste option when posting

Hey
Could there be a cut and paste option available when you are posting?
It's extremely annoying to have spend time typing out a long post (which can take time - especially if you are refering to websites to help other people) to hit the Submit button only to find your post has been timed out.
If you had the option to cut and paste then, if you thought you may have been too long in writing the post, you could cut it and then if the posting is not successful, simply paste it back into a new post.

highlight your text and then right click and click copy or press ctrl+c
then to paste right click and click paste or press ctrl+v
if you know you will be making a long post it is sometimes better to do it in notepad
btw you are looking for copy not cut as cutting it would leave the post box empty0 -
I don't think you can copy and paste straight from a written post...but if you use the preview option, before posting, you can copy and paste from there....0

I've never been able to copy the text in the Quick reply box at bottom of page.
If I highlight it then right click there is no 'copy' option.
But your right 'control' and 'c' does work!

I do the ctrl C and crtl V thing. If my post is long or has links, I like to write it in Word. Also checks my spelling as I am not too good at that and don't tend to like forum spell checkers.
