Anyone know where I can get any old mobile phone that works?

Hello,

I'm after a mobile phone as a spare in case my contract one battery dies, i had an experience where i needed to make a call and had no life left in the phone.

I've got myself a free sim card, so that is that sorted now i need a very very cheap mobile.

any ideas?

You can pick up phones for a few pounds now from most places, eg Tesco and the like. There are far too many to list here but just have a look on their websites. Argos and Woolworths are options. Failing that try Ebay, the older phones go for peanuts.

You can get a Nokia 1100 from Amazon for £20 including postage. Its T-Mobile, but not locked!!

Or you could buy a second battery or one of those wind-up chargers!
