Hi, I am new here, have a question wish can be answered by you.
I know one who comes from other country, had borrowed about 35000pound from different credit company and left with these money, what would happen next once the companies found he is no longer in this county.

Also, because he stayed in my house (he rented), I am afraid of the troubles later on.

I dont think there is alot the banks can do if they cant find the person.

seriously, I am worrying about the consequence, that is why I ask for opinions that what would possibly happy next, like what kind actions that the bank may take against him or me, and also would police investigation would involve into.

Well if the debt is in his name only then he is solely liable for itI used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.
