Hi daisy claire, I ordered on the 16th feb. Emailed them today (have phoned many times already) just got a reply saying they are passing it onto the ''order investigation team''??? It's friday so I doubt anything will happen till monday. MIne were dispatched about the same time as yours too......0

Hmmm, well, I think im going to give them until Tuesday which will then be another week round and then ask for a refund.
I can't understand why they don't contact the courier and ask them why they haven't delivered?!?!0 -
It is so annoying because I don't want a refund I just want the item I ordered! I ha\ve just replied to thier email asking for someone to ring me. Doubt this will happen!0

I've had two itmes from them now. Both arrived within a week, and neither appeared to have any marks I could see.
Looking through this thread people appear to be having mixed level of service from Halfcost, but personally I cannot fault them :money:0 -
they phoned me today to say it must have got lost.......? It is quite big! They are sending me a document in the post that I have to fill out and return then they can order me another one......which will take 14 working days to arrive. LUCKY ME0

Not sure whats happened to them as I have ordered before and never had a problem.
I just phoned and again was told I would get a call back....not a happy bunny. They have had £168 of my money since Feb 18th. I suppose they have 'lost' another two items of large furniture now!0 -
I got a better customer service by emailing them. I know the ''people'' who deal with the cotswolds orders start work at 3pm! They finish at 10pm, so any call backs they do are after this time. Also via email I get written proof of what I am being told each time. I really liked this company before I had all these problems.0

Right, well its 10.00pm (or thereabouts) as I type.
No call from Halfcost. Even despite the fact I asked the woman I spoke to this morning to tag the call as urgent.
Livid.
Not sure what to do if they won't even contact me. Will try emailing tomorrow.

Email them first thing. I think it is customercare@halfcost.co.uk or something like that. Perhaps they have realised that it isn't the courier loosing the furniture but a problem they have made? Good luck for tomorrw.
I am looking at our tv perched on a little table and am now thinking I'll have to find something stronger as I think this delivery may take sometime. I just want the tv unit I ordered! ARGH!0
