Leaving NTL... Need help deciding for ADSL provider?

I am currently paying £17.99 for a 1MB unlimited download limit with NTL. However, in the last few months I have noticed that my internet connection keeps dropping. I have complained several times to NTL and they advise there is nothing they can do as there is low contention ratio, etc.. I have now decided to leave NTL and go for ADSL as I do have a BT Phone Line.

I am thinking of going with Tiscalli's 2MB unlimited service for £19.99 which includes unlimited free phone calls to 01 and 02 numbers. I am currently paying line rental to BT and am using One Tel for free evening and weekend calls. How will my phone service be affected with Tiscalli's free phone call offer?

I currently have a wireless Broadband Linksys router that I use with NTL. Will I be able use this with the Free modem that tiscalli provide? Or will I have to buy a new ADSL router? Has anybody had any experience with Tiscalli phone and broadband services?

If you think NTL was a bad service, just wait till you get to Tiscali, you'll think NTL were a picnic,
Tiscali one of the worst isp around, unreliable service, speeds dreadful, no email support, telephone calls £1 a min to customer support, advertise unlimited usage, Not True, they have Fair usage policy ( if they think you are downloading to much, they drop your speed, to a snails pace.
Avoid like the plague.

NDO Broadband is excellent, been with them a month, can't fault it. Excellent customer service and technical support.
