I'm not sure if I'm alone in this, but I used to dial 150 and then press option 1 to find how many minutes left. When I call this I get told this service is not available. Is there another way to find out how many minutes remain?
Thanks,
Thanks,

Thanks,
You are not alone on this. My minutes has not been updated since 30th Jan. Many are facing the same problem as discussed in this thread -> http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=148029.
Orange keep telling me they have a problem and trying to resolve it.0 -
Thanks - and sorry for missing it in the other thread. I'm surprised they haven't rectified it by now....0

There is a post on this subject on https://www.rpoints.com
Call 150 press 1 not available.
Press 0 several times quickly. Give you a recorded message saying they are having technical problems and hope to resolve it in week commencing today (13 Feb) they say they cannot give an exact date.
They say monthly bills unaffected.
Not a good situation - as how can you check that you are not about to go over your limit?I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0
