Did you issue court proceedings or did they just pay on letters?
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

    Cheers Tozer

Was just using example figures as the proper info isn't with me at work.

    Is that ok then?

I have written to MBNA...but was just preparing myself to do the court online thing and wanted to make sure of the wording.

    Thanks Tozer...so...
    Eg.
    5. Claimant claims: (a) return of the amounts debited of £220.00 (b) Interest per S.69 County Courts Act 1984 of 8% per annum from the date they were deprived of the money £120.25

Hows that? No mention of the £200 on account, the full amount £420 less £200 and full interest £120.25. with no % mentioned.

    Is this ok people?

I can't see how the interest could have been that much. When were the charges incurred? Must have been a full six ago - but was that all of them at the same time?

The figures are examples as mentioned earlier. It's just the text I want to ensure is ok.

    All examples:

    £420 total claim
    £120.25 interest
£200 rec'd on account. Is this wording ok?

You have to specify the daily rate as well.

    But you said

"Also it should not be a %age in the final line."

Sorry if I'm being slow Tozer
